Maher brought the tournament to Wildwood last year at the tennis courts across from the convention center, where a series of championships among six different age and experience categories was held again this weekend.
In the three years that Maher has taken the game to different locations, he said awareness has grown and players are now trying to be competitive instead of just doing it for fun.

Like the old candy commercial, combining two unique food items to make something special, people have an opportunity this weekend to witness two sports combined into one.
The “King of the Court” Soccer Tennis Tournament combines the ball skills of soccer with the court finesse of tennis. This unique event is being put on by Anthony Maher, a member of the Milwaukee Wave Indoor Soccer team and his brother, Matthew.
